The hiring range for this role is:

67,240.00 - 94,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Description Summary:

The Brand, Business and Legal team leads integration and implementation for high cross-functional system initiatives with significant impact on BCBSA and BCBS Plans (i.e. Brand use, supporting business growth, strategic analysis). Manages and collaborates with team managers on operations and develops internal and Plan-facing deliverables for team and business clients. Supports evaluation,
development, and implementation of insights, permissions, and guidelines across teams for strategic initiatives and annual goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary Job Functions

  • Manage and collaborate with team managers on operations such as project trackers, timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, internal workstream communications (e.g., Teams channel, Sharepoint) and reports for priority initiatives with minimal oversight, including occasional support for workgroup meetings.

  • Assists with supporting and synthesizing secondary research and reports; provide support for primary research.

  • Develops with manger and reviews deliverables including illustrations and tools to demonstrate scenarios and best practices, and to inform initiatives for cross-functional teams, workgroups, and business clients.

  • Support Legal and Contracting team by assisting with administrative preparation and review of key contractual documents including Data Use Agreements, NDAs.

  • Fosters engagement across all key stakeholders, including supporting requests and gaining alignment within the department and cross-functionally.

Required Education, Certifications and Experience:

Education

  • Required: Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or related major

Experience

  • Required: A minimum of 4 years' related business experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Secondary Research & Analysis: Experience in conducting secondary research and delivering findings/recommendations professionally.

  • Desirable Background: Previous roles in corporate development, strategy, or consulting firms.

  • Project Management & Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, capable of working independently and managing competing demands.

  • Healthcare & Technology Enthusiasm: Interest in healthcare innovation and consumer technology trends, with desirable industry knowledge.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to design and implement tools, templates, and processes for effective stakeholder communication.

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and organizational skills.

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
