Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Second Description Review work orders, blueprints, and materials to ensure specifications match. Set up CNC lathe machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and setting offsets. Select appropriate tooling and machine programs; inspect first piece and make adjustments as necessary. Load raw materials and perform regular inspections throughout production runs. Operate multiple CNC lathes when appropriate, maximizing machine uptime. Ensure all parts meet quality standards using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.). Complete required production documentation and data entry. Perform routine machine maintenance and notify supervisors of any mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform all other duties as assigned.
