Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses or depots or cross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models. Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Implementation Specialist to lead cross-functional initiatives across our Freight Brokerage business. This role plays a critical part in supporting growth and operational efficiency through end-to-end project management, with a focus on process improvement that drives measurable impact. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at managing multiple concurrent initiatives. This position requires strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, thrives in dynamic environments, and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, agility, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare by engaging internal and external stakeholders, adhering to timelines, and facilitating communication. Projects include, but are not limited to, customer implementations, operational improvements, and developing new offerings.
- Identify resource needs and define roles, expectations, and responsibilities to ensure quality and accountability.
- Create process maps and analyze workflows to identify operational impacts and ensure efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain process maps and SOPs to document workflows and ensure consistent operational execution.
- Support training and change management to ensure operational teams are equipped for successful service delivery.
- Monitor and report on project performance and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Define and track success metrics and conduct post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Approach challenges with adaptability, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain project management
- Strong understanding of truck brokerage products (Drayage, LTL, FTL).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a proven track record to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in tools such as Asana and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Transportation Manager, 3PL Systems, Oracle OTM, etc) and EDI/API integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $80k - 90k annually *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
