The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $57,600 - $77,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Coordinate inventory and working capital management across all warehouses in partnership with Domestic and International Business Units to ensure optimal product availability. Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) reconciliations in compliance with U.S. Customs and FTZ Board regulations. Assist with tariff entry processes and reporting. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance in FTZ and import/export operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage U.S. distribution orders to global warehouses and daily inventory replenishment for U.S. sites.
  • Monitor global inventory adjustments and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with transportation, manufacturing, procurement, and DC operations teams.
  • Maintain and execute warehouse cycle count programs; support year-end physical inventory counts.
  • Generate monthly reports on inventory, receipts, and shipments.
  • Recommend stock optimization strategies to reduce excess and aging inventory.
  • Support compliance with Free Trade Agreements (e.g., USMCA, CAFTA) and C-TPAT requirements.
  • Assist with FTZ operations, tariff entries, and regulatory reporting.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for inventory systems (e.g., M3, Factory Track, IMS, Order Dynamics, Logility).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred and/or two to five years related experience/training or a combination of both.
  • Minimum two years' experience in international business, logistics and warehouse administration preferred.
