Marketing Associate 20-25 hours per week

Think Consulting is hiring a motivated Marketing Associate to support the in-house marketing team of one of our sports-focused clients in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will be expected to travel to games, camps, and related events as needed. This is a year-round, part-time role requiring 20-25 hours of work per week.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Hybrid Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our client's team to assist with various tasks, including writing, photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and participating in on-site visits to events. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing consulting industry while contributing to impactful projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Photography & Editing: Capture high-quality images during client visits and events, and edit photos, videos, and reels for use in marketing materials.

Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for presentations, social media posts, and promotional materials using design software.

Client Engagement: Participate in onsite visits to clients to support the team and gather insights for content development.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• College degree or a graduating senior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in photography and videography with photo/video editing software.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation for onsite client visits in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
