Position Summary

Kinesso has an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient and detail-focused Associate Director, Pre-Launch Operations (Lead Gen & API Integrations). You will be instrumental in the technical setup, rigorous testing, and continuous maintenance of our lead generation platform integrations and campaign operations.


Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation & Technical Setup:



  • Ability to update and execute the IO (Insertion Order) information into the Lead Gen platform for each campaign, setting up proper day parting and caps.
  • Build out the campaign API from provided documentation to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Make sure campaign creative and Q&A parameters (fields and values) are properly input into the Lead Gen Platform for vendors to correctly connect to the data.
  • Properly track assets and requirements for each campaign in development/launching.
  • Build out campaigns within the Lead Gen Platform utilizing current assets.
  • Implement proper pacing within the Lead Gen Platform to ensure effective campaign delivery.


Integration & Testing:



  • Test the connection to the client CRM to ensure accurate lead data transfer.
  • Conduct thorough testing with vendors to validate that the data matches client directives.
  • Provide and conduct test responses relating to API connections to confirm proper integration.
  • Confirm that mockups are approved by the client before testing with vendors.


Troubleshooting & Documentation:



  • Troubleshoot any issues encountered with testing code and platform integrations.
  • Source API documentation and maintain a clear understanding of platform functionalities.
  • Source query/question/parameter/field information from Agency teams and the Client.


Communication & Collaboration:



  • Ability to keep client and agency teams updated on the status of campaigns and any technical roadblocks.
  • Speak to vendors regarding optimization strategies and change requests originating from agency/client teams.
  • Engage in client meetings relating to campaign setup and technical aspects.
  • Organize the delivery of feedback loops for pacing and optimization efforts.


Asset & Reporting Support:



  • Generate mockups based on current requests for both active and potential campaigns.
  • Ability to generate creative edits as requested based on mockups or during campaign builds.
  • Implement campaign updates within Asana and SharePoint for internal tracking and communication.
  • Generate customized decks for new business pitches and internal reporting needs.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to work with and understand API integrations and data transfer protocols.
  • Experience with lead generation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • C# .NET Core- for backend API or integration-related tasks
  • MySQL- for backend data management and lead storage
  • Redis- for caching or real-time data optimization
  • OpenSearch- for advanced search and analytics on lead or campaign data
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and document sharing platforms like SharePoint.
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related technical role, with a focus on lead generation processes.
  • Experience working directly with advertising vendors and clients.
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign performance tracking.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
