The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer -General Assembly Feasibility Specialistwill be responsible for performing GA manufacturing activities for new model and mid cycle action programs, including providing input to manufacturing simulation engineers, communicating issues to Product Engineering, proposing alternative solutions and driving all issues to closure. The responsibility includes developing Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize capital expenditures (Capex), support future Plant Loading studies, develop and execute Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment, develop detailed Process Maps with Pre-Scroll, ensure Feasibility studies are performed in the Plant Environment, execute Change Management meetings to ensure product process and tooling are aligned, monitor all General Assembly KPI'S. The role will be responsible to ensure that the Design to Manufacturing and Feasibility requirements are implemented in the Product Design. The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer -General Assembly Feasibility Specialistwill develop high visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management. Duties may also include some travel to assembly plants to support early phases of vehicle launches relative to manufacturing feasibility issues. Basic Qualifications:
