The Senior Financial Analyst of Go-To-Market FP&A will apply attention to detail and analytical skills to support business partnering across the global Sales, Services, Success and Marketing organizations. This individual will drive value with a particular focus on ensuring accuracy and evaluating trends to provide financial visibility to Procore's global Go-To-Market FP&A business partners, including our Sales GMs, Marketing, and Strategy & Ops stakeholders. This individual reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A.

This position reports to the Manager, Financial Analysis and can be based out of any US office or remotely within the US. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within Finance and the Go-To-Market teams.

  • Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions.

  • Monitor progress against budgets and assess risks and opportunities to ensure business partners have visibility into expense trends.

  • Champion month end close process, including headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with FP&A Corporate and Business Partner peers to enhance existing reporting and processes to uplevel the overall team product and brand.

  • Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation shared with Finance and Go-To-Market stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity

  • Public company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferred

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is required

  • Experience with Financial Management systems, such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc.

  • Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders

  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product.

  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on the audience.

  • Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Values-oriented and approaches work with an open and optimistic attitude.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $81,360 - $111,870. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
