This position's responsibilities are to participate as a member of the Access Team to support the centralize screening and access to the program areas. To coordinate with the Central Client Registration (CCR) team to manage access scheduling, gathering initial screening information and provide support for the Central Access Assessment teams. This position will manage customer services, gather initial screening information related to why the client is seeking services, and coordinate the initial referral to the Clinical Assessment Specialist. Following the completions of the assessment the initial appointment will be scheduled with the identified program provider. This position is expected to maintain a working knowledge of all program areas, CCR registration, and verifying provider network status prior to scheduling the clinical or medical initial appointment. The position must ensure all daily tasks are completed timely to support the needs of the Central Access Teams and ensure quality customer service. Assignments/tasks are expected to be executed with considerable independence and maintain compliance with established facility policies and procedures, contract requirements, organization bylaws, and federal and state regulations/laws.
