We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: Raw IQF Operator

Job Summary: In a fast-paced production, team environment, the Raw IQF Operator is always maintaining a safe environment - compliant with all company standards. The Utility position is responsible to fill in for any position necessary in the area. This position requires flexibility and the ability to multitask. The position requires 100% standing in an environment less than 40 degrees F.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Maintain proper meat quality.

  
  
• Maintain pace with line speed.
• Perform physical tasks every shift.
• Responsible to fill in for any position necessary in the area, i.e.
• Multi-tasking ability is a must.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 6 months of similar experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded.
• Chemical training will be provided as required.
• Forklift/PIT Operation.
• Exposure to cold (< 40 degrees).
• Ability to lift up to 31-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Extensive fine motor movements.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
