We are hiring a Marketing Manager to support the execution and operational planning of marketing programs across retail locations, with a focus on marketing project logistics, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in organizing promotional efforts-managing 360 campaigns and monthly promotion cycles and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of signage kits and materials. This role supports ongoing marketing initiatives and new store openings by managing the executional details that keep programs running smoothly. - Lead planning and coordination for seasonal promotions and in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring timely rollout and execution.
- Develop clear and effective creative briefs in collaboration with the creative team to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and final outputs.
- Manage marketing operation tools and trackers that provide visibility across promotional timelines, signage needs, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Oversee logistics for signage kit production and distribution, ensuring alignment with promotion calendars and store needs.
- Coordinate executional aspects of new store openings, including signage and launch initiatives and timelines.
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and vendor partners to manage production workflows and ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct and gather feedback to identify operational pain points, inform process improvements, and enhance program execution.
- Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and operations through clear communication and project planning.
- Support tracking and reporting on in-store execution to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of retail experience, previous experience as a marketing manager, product manager, strategist, sales manager, or related marketing experience
- Demonstrates a foundational understanding of omni-channel marketing, supporting the development and execution of integrated 360 campaigns across digital, in-store, and owned channels.
- Understands the full marketing operations lifecycle within a retail environment, including planning, execution, and performance tracking to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Brings a hospitality-driven mindset, ensuring that marketing efforts reflect a guest-first approach and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Experienced in brick-and-mortar retail marketing, with a focus on in-store promotions, signage, and local engagement strategies that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Independent and proactive, able to execute tasks with minimal direction while maintaining alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate across teams and levels.
- A self-starter and team player, contributing to shared success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
