THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN EITHER VANCOUVER, BC OR ORLANDO, FL ONLY. WE REQUIRE HYBRID WORK IN THE OFFICE 3 DAYS PER WEEK.

What you will do:

* Contribute to strategy and development for a multimedia design system, creating a cohesive user experience across games and platforms.

* Apply expertise in design principles, user psychology, and technology trends to inform critical decisions for platform-wide consistency.

* Help define the UX standards and patterns that unify the ecosystem, illustrating the connection between design elements across users and platforms.

* Advocate for Accessibility and its importance for inclusive and engaging design.

* Work with designers and engineers to maintain design consistency and uphold quality standards.

* You will report to the UX Lead - Madden NFL

Qualifications

* 4+ years of product or user experience design, including expertise in design systems

* Advanced skills with wireframing, prototyping and interface design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Experience presenting/pitching work to your team

* Well versed in facilitation techniques that allow groups to build clarity and understanding

* A portfolio showcasing high-impact UX and design solutions that drive engagement, retention and delight

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI/Design or a related area

Bonus

* Experience designing features on a AAA game

* Experience with the full development lifecycle (shipped multiple products)

* Experience developing a design system for controller interaction

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $96,400 - $133,900 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
