1. Examines visual welding lines and evaluates assembly according to defined criteria
2. Rewelds provided defective parts with an easily to handle device according to personal instruction (e.g. filling end crater, length of weld)
3. Conducts basic machining on parts according to defined criteria and requirements (e.g. rewelding, cleaning, burring, grinding)
4. Reworks and repairs painted and unpainted parts
5. Reports malfunctions to the setter and corrects simple restraints (e.g. pushing reset button)
6. Separates and documents NOK (not ok) parts according to personal instruction
7. Conducts examination of accessories, welding, painted surfaces, size check and other examinations according defined criteria
8. Supports maintenance according to instruction
9. Changes and cleans basic consumables (e.g. tube batches, coils) according to personal instruction
10. Cleans equipment and the work areas on a daily basis
11. Conducts reporting and provides other daily reports
12. Conducts basic assembly line specific shift changes (e.g. indicates defect characteristics, defect frequency, malfunctions)
13. Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.
