Marketing & Digital Experience Team

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote contract role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to support our digital marketing and content operations. This role is critical in executing flawless website and blog content launches, ensuring alignment across marketing channels, and driving performance through data-informed optimizations.

  3+ years of experience in digital content management or marketing operations

  Passion for digital storytelling with a strong foundation in content execution and quality assurance

  Proficient in CMS platforms and tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau, with strong QA and troubleshooting skills

  Familiar with content lifecycle workflows and cross-channel messaging strategies

  Skilled in collaborating with creative, regional, and cross-functional marketing teams

  Able to work independently and manage multiple content deadlines simultaneously

In this role, you will oversee the execution and optimization of digital content across site and blog platforms.

You'll partner with creative, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely handoff and seamless launches. This includes uploading and QAing content, managing CMS workflows, and aligning content timelines across marketing channels.

You will also monitor performance using analytics tools, report on results, and proactively recommend improvements, supporting the team's overall marketing strategy and user experience.

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or equivalent practical experience

  Background in content management, digital marketing, or web operations

  Experience in fast-paced, collaborative marketing environments preferred

This opportunity is fully remote.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour.
