Job Description:Appropriately directs all calls from both inside and outside John Muir Health Walnut Creek and Concord Campuses in a courteous, prompt manner. Responds in accordance with hospital and department guidelines and procedures to both medical center codes and emergency situations. Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred Experience: 6 Months Clerical - Communications Clerk Required or Equivalent Medical Environment Preferred Skills: Basic computer and typing skills are required. Work Shift:08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $25.99 - $35.09 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
