The Content Experience (CX) team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team of writers for the Technology CX organization. Technology CX writers deliver content to enable our internal developers to be more productive, spanning the areas of Agentforce, Security, Availability, Hyperforce, and the Core and Falcon developer lifecycle content. We also support key operations content for the Technology organization. We create in-tool assistance, paved paths, runbooks, developer guides, Trailhead modules, videos, Confluence spaces, blog posts, newsletters, and more. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
