Job Description: Our Senior Instructional Designers partner with their peers and our internal clients to analyze and identify learning needs. From there, they design and develop solutions for a variety of audiences that include different modalities: Everything from e-learning modules, multi-day learning events for virtual and in-person audiences, to blended designs and exciting media-based learning. We're big on gamification, interactivity, micro-learning, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer learning, and scenario-based learning. Our designs are optimized for both mobile and desktop applications. USD 72,200.00 - 108,200.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
