We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Data Centers to join our North American Industrial Instruments sales team. The aim of the role is to drive growth in the data center segment by developing new customers and strengthening relationships with the existing ones. You will leverage your industry knowledge and contacts to position our advanced measurement solutions-such as temperature and humidity measurement solutions for data halls, air handlers, cooling systems, and outdoor installations-as essential control and monitoring system components for data center operators, colocation providers, and cloud service companies. You will work with the global team to expand Vaisala's market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the segment. This role is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Industrial Instruments Sales for North America. Hybrid work or remote is negotiable, preferably in an industry hub. ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:$100,000 - $125,000 base salary (negotiable dependent on experince) with an annual 25%-50% sales bonus plan. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
