Job Objective



  • To drive the business development of RelaDyne' s sales and marketing branch strategies that will meet RelaDyne' s customer, sales, profitability, operational, and vendor objectives. Focus on growing branch sales and gross profit to obtain branch budget goals. Enhance the overall sales capabilities of the RelaDyne branch sales force.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.

Branch:



  • Drive Sales and Marketing activities to achieve gross profit goals and branch budget
  • Train and develop the sales skills of the Field and Inside Branch Sales Force
  • Helps drive the RelaDyne sales pipeline and assist in closing process
  • Ensure to be compliant to all Reladyne aspects of CRM
  • Liaison to corporate office for sales and market activity and information for assigned region
  • Drive branch sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales plan and material margin
  • Key Account activities/implement product programs
  • Monitor outside sales trends, KPI Indicators, performance and results
  • Help with product development and identify opportunities (feedback/responsibility)
  • Assist Sales Director in developing sales and marketing strategies to meet branch goals and objectives (market planners/business cases)
  • Participate in RelaDyne Sales Process: bi-weekly MAP calls, CRM sales process, monthly sales coaching per rep, branch sales meetings
  • Execute Corporate Sales and Marketing Initiatives within Assigned Region


Corporate:



  • Execute RelaDyne National Sales and Marketing Programs throughout branch
  • Attend requested Corporate Sales and Marketing Meetings/events
  • Assist Sales Director and RelaDyne ELT for acquisition assistance
  • Assist with National Account implementation & development
  • Work with the team to target/implement local marketing strategies and programs to increase corporate revenue
  • Available resource for support as needed (ex: HR / sourcing team / etc.)


Other:



  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
  • Work overtime as needed
