We are hiring a Property Operations Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of the company's group of properties and coordinating maintenance of physical conditions of the properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages property maintenance records; ensures recommended maintenance schedules
  • Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals
  • Negotiates maintenance and repair contracts, and follows internal approval process
  • Works with Accounting and Legal to create and maintain an authorized vendor list
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within and outside of the organization
  • Skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and make the most effective decision
  • Knowledge of building maintenance
  • Computer and asset management technology skills and tools

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or 2 years' experience working in similar property asset coordinator role
  • Travel to various locations as deemed necessary
  • Experience managing properties preferred
  • Experience with the IDD community or with Group Homes preferred
