The Cyber Team Product Owner shall serve as lead for execution of BOSS provided cyber team resources. The Cyber Team Product Owner shall interface with the ISSM and Deputy ISSM on daily activities of Contractor work efforts. The Cyber Team Product Owner shall be the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for the cyber support provided by this contract.

The Cyber Security Team will support all BGIF support enclaves, work with the security team to ensure only appropriate cleared and approved personnel have access systems, support development, coordination and submission of RMF packages (such as ATO, ATC, IATT), and any other enclave accreditations and approvals, and create, submit, and execute POAMs as needed. They provide inputs to the government ISSM as needed including SSPs, CMPs, Cyber Security Risk Assessments, and POAMs. They will coordinate with Pen Testing teams and mitigate any findings. They ensure that all enclaves and systems undergo regular ACAS testing, and that any findings are addressed in a timely fashion. They work with the DevSecOps team to ensure that any software introduced to the system meets security guideline for the network/enclave where it is hosted.

At a minimum, the Cyber Team Product Owner shall have CISSP Certification, 10 years of industry-related experience, and possess a current TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:
* Experience working in classified government facilities and SCIF environments
* Experience working closely with government customers
* Experience developing and maintaining SSPs
* Experience leading a Cyber Security team of 4 or more
* Experience developing and maintaining systems under RMF, A&A, ATOs, ATCs, and IATTs.
* Experience coordinating, auditing, and mitigating findings of ACAS scans
* Experience assessing IAVAs, IAVMs and other directives to identify impacts and ensure compliance, and submit and complete POAMs as needed
* Experience working with development teams and assess system updates and patches to identify security relevant changes and to follow proper procedures to test/regression test updates to ensure maintained compliance
* Experience supporting multiple enclave and classification level environments

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 150,000 to 240,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
