St. Ann's Community is looking for a full time Facilities Coordinator for the Assisted living facility, Cherry Ridge, located on the Webster Campus. The primary purpose of this job is to provide communications and coordinating support to the facilities department. This position will also be instrumental in customer service and for accounting of resident charges and departmental expenses.

Job Description:
- Enters maintenance requests into work order system.
- Helps coordinate and prioritize the work orders to facilitate quick response and communicate to work requestor (customer) the status of the response.
- Enters the status of work requests when completed with details.
- Makes follow-up calls to customer to determine satisfaction level of response and record such for further reports and communicate any need for follow up.
- Provides assistance for vendors / guests entering the facilities dept.
- Provides administrative support (typing, filing, copying, pick up & distribute mail, answer phones and helps with the processing / tracking of the departments invoices for monthly expense report).
- Maintains communication board for status of work on turnovers.
- Orders, maintains, retrieves and stocks appropriate office supplies.
- Produce designated reports by tracking, researching, compiling and typing information.
- Manages the housekeeping schedule by keeping it up-to-date with new move-ins / move-outs.
- Prints out housekeeping schedule for housekeepers.
- Orders, maintains housekeeping supplies and Linens
- Maintains a log for resident charges for housekeeping / maintenance and forwards to the finance department on a monthly basis for billing.
- Helps to maintain a file on event orders to assure timely scheduling of set up.
- Assists in the set up and instruction of the PERS units for the residents
- Facilitates communication amongst all interdisciplinary team members.
- Interacts professionally with residents, staff, families and other department members.
- Assist other administrative personnel at Cherry Ridge with major projects as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or (GED) with six months related experience and/or relevant training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be computer literate.
