We are Systems, LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This is a role within Systems' Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and other surfaces as needed; follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, and (ii) Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas; replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and other surfaces as needed; follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas; replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, ensure proper disposal
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with setup and tear-down for events and meetings
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • No minimum education required
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety practices, and basic maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Preferred Qualifications : Previous custodial or cleaning experience

The pay for this position is ($15.00-$21.17); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies
