Job Responsibilities:
- Design of architectures that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, taking into high complexity and large amounts of data in account
* Extensive knowledge of SAC and SAP BPC environment * Design and implement end-to-end planning solutions using SAP BPC with reporting on SAC. * Gather and analyze business requirements for planning and forecasting processes. * Develop and support data models, queries, and reports in SAP BW/4HANA. * Support users with training and issue resolution. * Work on continuous improvements and enhancements in existing planning applications.
- Data modeling (data warehouse, databases) and data provision via reports or dashboards (data storytelling) or system interfaces
- Technical end-to-end (sub) project management including consulting, conception, prioritization and steering of development activities considering the teams capacity and timely as well as budgetary constraints
- Support the strategic direction of IT investments to evolve the enterprise architecture and maximize the "return on investment" in business intelligence, reporting and planning solutions (EDWH, GPS)
- Establishment and further development of an efficient Run organization in cooperation with our partners
- Responsibility for compliance with relevant requirements/guidelines such as system performance, monitoring requirements, auditability, security aspects
Your profile Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Finance or technical discipline or IT-related technical work experience
- 5+ years professional background in software development as an architect
- In-depth knowledge of the overall software development and product lifecycle processes in the area of data warehousing, reporting or planning
- Very good in-depth experience in technical development using well-known data integration, data warehousing and reporting/dashboarding technologies in SAP and non-SAP environment
- Solid knowledge in data management, common database technologies and DWH/reporting (cloud) solutions, as well as data cataloging/master data management preferably in SAP environment
- Has a provable track record of implementing projects that deliver real business value
- Enthusiasm for technical problems and excitement for complex challenges and issues around data modeling and data flow implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory (insurance and banking) reporting is an advantage (HGB, IFRS, Solvency II)
- High level of service and internal/external client orientation as well as driver of operational efficiency
- Collaborative working style, creating a culture of accountability and sharing
- Ability to function as a member of a matrix/ hybrid technology team, willing to contribute in any capacity required to achieve success.
- Adaptive interpersonal, communicative and consultative skills to function across all levels, communicating vendors, peers, business clients, and IT management.
