JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing - DAXXIFY will report to the Director, Marketing DAXXIFYand will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for consumer-facing activities for DAXXIFY.This role will involve leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating with other departments to achieve brand goals.



  • Reporting to: Director, Marketing DAXXIFY
  • Location/Territory: Nashville, TN preferred, open to Remote
  • Salary Range: *125,000-155,000 annually + annual performance bonus


*the final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education and geographic location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Strategy and execution forbrand campaigns that support DAXXIFY consumer strategy
  • Develop consumer communication plan and content strategy and ensure counterparts (HCP marketing, digital marketing, social media) are informed of communication plans and execution needs
  • Oversee creative execution for consumer-facing assets, including paid media, social media, CRM and web
  • Develop and optimize brand messaging and core brand assets
  • Set strategic direction for internal design team and external creative agencies who support creative/content/message strategy, development and execution
  • Brand marketing lead executing production with agency partners and external agencies; ensure all elements of production are aligned, including casting, pre-production and production and post-production (i.e. B&A shoots, campaign shoots)
  • Execute multi-channel paid media campaigns
  • Develop paid media strategy and oversee media agency
  • Develop KPIs for paid media campaigns in partnership with digital media strategists (in-house and external) and ensure campaigns are optimized and meet/exceed KPIs
  • Develop innovative consumer campaigns that raise brand awareness and consideration, drive high engagement and conversion
  • Effective collaboration with medical affairs, regulatory and legal partners
  • Effective collaboration with digital marketing, HCP marketing and practice integration marketing teams


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Preferred:BS/BA, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising


EXPERIENCE:



  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an inline marketing role with a focus on consumer marketing
  • Beauty, medical dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred
  • DTC mass media, including campaign planning, media planning, production and execution
  • Leadership of strategic and tactical planning
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
