Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Consulting Project Assistant to support our team of consultants by managing client communication, with primary focuses on requesting and tracking data and coordinating follow-up tasks for various consulting projects. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our team and clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

This position is critical to keeping projects on schedule and allowing economists to focus on analysis related to their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request data from clients to kickstart work on consulting projects; communicate status of projects with clients - these two tasks may result in sending and receiving hundreds of emails per month.
  • Perform layout and quality control for subscription-based publications.
  • Project management and execution for various follow-up tasks surrounding consulting work.
  • Track the status of each data request and maintain a centralized log of responses, deadlines, and missing information.
  • Review incoming data for basic completeness and formatting before forwarding to economists.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to clarify data needs before reaching out to clients.
  • Escalate delays or issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative or operational tasks, including document formatting, scheduling, and travel coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a professional and courteous tone.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple requests across various clients.
  • Comfortable working with data and handling files with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks with little supervision.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing administrative or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with professional services or data-driven environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented with great organization.

We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. These values define who we are. We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times.

The application deadline for this role is 07/31/2025. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,000.00 - $133,500.00 per year.
