The Meeting Event Manager II serves as the primary client liaison and operational lead for assigned programs and events. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience from initial concept through onsite delivery. Acting as both a strategic partner and team leader, this position drives all aspects of event logistics while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. In addition to program management, the role oversees comprehensive budget ownership-including forecasting, tracking, and managing variations-to ensure successful financial outcomes for both the client and the business.
40% - Program & Event Management - Leads the planning and execution of assigned programs and events by outlining deliverables, developing comprehensive project timelines and budgets, and managing all logistical elements.
20% - Financial Oversight & Supplier Management - Manages all financial aspects of assigned programs, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
20% - Client Relationship & Team Leadership - Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
20% - Onsite Program Execution & Strategic Support - Provides hands-on leadership during event execution to ensure a flawless experience.
