The Director Big Bets - Marketing is the single-threaded owner responsible for developing and executing the T-Mobile for Business (TFB) Big Bets strategy, by bringing together insights and products to address the unmet needs of customers. This strategic role drives cross-functional execution by aligning partnerships, product strategies, and marketing efforts to support the company's growth objectives. This leader will play a critical role in performance management of TFB Big Bet launches, enabling profitable, long-term growth through strategic planning, financial analysis, and omni-product marketing execution. In addition, this role will own the Long Range Planning (LRP) process across all TFB Marketing and partner divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of TFB Big Bets, including value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and strategic partnerships. Own LRP delivery across all TFB Marketing and partner teams, driving multi-year revenue planning and prioritization Create and manage cross-product content development governance, reducing inefficiencies and optimizing production spend:
Establish content standards and processes Partner across Brand, Segment Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing Track content utilization, gaps, and ROI
Collaborate with product teams to refine positioning and ensure market success for emerging solutions Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery of quarterly and long-term growth objectives Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by business leadership to support evolving business needs.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing (Required) Master's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management (Preferred)
10+ years of working experience (preferably within Telecom and/or Technology and/or management consulting), or in similar roles requiring strong analytical and executive communication skills Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning cycles (e.g., LRP) across multiple stakeholder groups Expertise in developing and managing growth strategies, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing programs Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage revenue targets, financial performance, and profitability

Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
