THE HIGH LEVEL Seeking an HR Intern to focus on Health and Wellness projects to include creating and improving team member communications materials and education videos. Must live in the greater DC Metro area. The position is remote with regular visits to the Herndon HQ. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? If you're an organized multi-tasker juggling multiple priorities while collaborating with colleagues - this role is for you! You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Take existing communications materials and integrate them to create better, more comprehensive and situations communications Create comprehensive guides for team members going out on different leave types, preparing to retire, preparing for Medicare, starting a family, etc. Create guides that describe how team members' personal situations impact, PTO, payroll, etc. Work on Health and Wellness focused education videos WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously If you have experience or knowledge in creating videos to support your communications - that would be very helpful This role requires you to interact with various employees and members of our leadership team - experience coordinating a team project / efforts would be beneficial Strong collaboration skills are essential The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or a Business-related. Must live in the DC Metro area.
