Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems. You will perform Level 1 restoration using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless system functionality. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to support 24/7 mission operations. The Level 0 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities: Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs Use Confluence siters and historical tickets to restore system Ability to work rotating shifts Qualifications: No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 96,000-133,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
