Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President - SR8457688 DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to provide support and assistance with the resolution of complex systems software incidents ensuring the proper problem-solving techniques and processes are applied. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience working in IT in large corporate environments, including in controlled production environments or a Financial Services Technology client-facing environment; troubleshooting and resolving environment outages and application stability issues, as well as daily technical issues in JAVA J2EE, Python and XML; performing SQL database support, including formulating SQL scripts and queries to manage structured data in relational database management systems; adhering to norms and guidelines of change management, incident management and problem management of the service delivery lifecycle; tracking and closing open action items using Service now, JIRA, GitHub and Teams Support; managing system and software configurations and troubleshooting computing environments; managing hardware and software resources, including coordinating maintenance and outages for development and test environments; analyzing complex technical, and business issues to determine root cause and resolution; and in executing duties, utilizing Windows and Linux operating systems, JAVA J2EE, Python, XML, Service now, JIRA, GitHub, Teams Support and SQL. Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study towards a Bachelor's degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of professional experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement. Salary range: $110,000.00 - $111,800.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
