We are looking for an exceptional candidate for our Chemical Process Operator position at our Duluth, Minnesota manufacturing facility.

Position Summary:

Chemical Process Operators in our Duluth, Minnesota plant are responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and controlling chemical manufacturing processes, cleaning and maintaining equipment, with a high emphasis on personal and food safety.

We use innovative technology to turn raw materials into distinctive, high quality ingredients for our customers. These ingredients are used in products that millions of people around the world use or consume every day.

Starting Pay: $29.76

Qualifications:

  • Passionate safety commitment including the belief that all injuries can be prevented
  • Self-disciplined and possessing the integrity to uphold Company Values at all times
  • Self-motivated, committed, dependable team contributor
  • Capability to diagnose, operate, correct, and manage the outcomes of mechanical and chemical processing systems
  • Ability to learn new concepts and information using process procedures, manuals and diagrams
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties
  • Ability to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule in a 365/24/7 operation
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent
  • Manufacturing equipment operating experience desired however will train as needed
