Overview
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a Supervisor for its Training & Development team. This leadership position involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for DMV staff. Candidates should possess strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of adult learning techniques. This position will require occasional travel throughout Vermont. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime. Remote work is currently not offered for this position. Who May Apply
