Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1 - Pymatuning State Park

As a Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1, you will perform semi-skilled work. This includes assisting with the maintenance, repair, and construction of bridges, roads, parking areas, gates, posting signs, ranges, and more. You will also have the opportunity to operate machinery and tools as well as help with habitat management, mowing, and other duties as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of laboring experience using construction tools and equipment; or
• One year of farming experience using agricultural tools and equipment; or
• One year of construction equipment operation experience; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirements:

• This position requires possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.
• This position is required to obtain an active Class A Commercial Driver's License within one year of employment in this job.

Additional Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
