ORC is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Document Specialist to work on projects based out of the U.S. Western region. The selected candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of ORC's Fort Worth, TX office and be able to report to the office 2-3 days/week. Candidate will have the flexibility to work from their home office. The Right Work. The Right People. The Right Culture. What you will be doing: The Document Specialist, referred to as an In-House Project Coordinator, will assist Project Manager and Project Leads in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and budgets on right of way projects, including, but not limited to, survey, right of way acquisition & damage settlement during construction activities. Communicate frequently with appropriate personnel to keep abreast of project status. Create and update project status reports. Assist with project analysis and other reporting as required. Provides status of each project and administers schedules and reports and assists with other administrative areas for projects and daily right of way management operation. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage, typing and document manipulation. Expected to spend long hours in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee occasionally is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
