THE JOB:

As a Table Games Dealer, you play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while dealing a variety of table games in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. With a sharp focus on accuracy, professionalism, and hospitality, you help create a fun, fair, and memorable gaming experience for every guest.

THE STARTING RATE:$12.30

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately and professionally deal one or more game types, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and Specialty Games such as Poker and their variations, while clearly communicating player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game

• Maintain a courteous and service-focused atmosphere at the table by promoting the highest level of guest service, staying attentive to guest needs, and responding effectively to inquiries

• Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions

• Accurately exchange cash or markers for chips, collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commission based on gamedealt

• Promptly communicate all mistakes, claims, unusual activity, unnatural or irregular play and disputes to supervisors or Table Games Managers

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, escalating when needed and make corrections under supervisor direction

• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience dealing multiple table games

• Experience dealing Baccarat, and Craps
