A church in Wauwatosa is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the Priest, Parish Council, and ministry leaders. This role ensures smooth daily operations, manages office tasks, oversees facility, and coordinates events. This is a full-time job Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. $45,000-$60,000 a year. Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist clergy and ministry leaders, manage office systems, maintain records, and oversee supplies.
- Communication & Outreach: Handle emails, maintain member databases, update social media and website, write up church publications (newsletters & bulletins).
- Facility & Event Coordination: Schedule hall rentals, organize room setups, and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, parishioners, and vendors with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, OneDrive, and cloud-based tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus.
