Overview
The Guest Relations Attendant Lead is a highly visible, customer service position. The Guest Relations Attendant Lead must assure that the Guest Relations staff always keep an impeccable and professional appearance while possessing a positive upbeat demeanor. The Guest Relations Attendant Lead must be fully competent in all the Guest Relations positions, assures that staff adhere to all Guest Relations Attendant and Carle Health policies/ procedures and assist the Manager in discipline actions and reviews. The Guest Relations Attendant Lead creates schedules. The Guest Relations Attendant Lead will assure staff supports the Mission and Values of Carle Health to ensure the highest quality patient and guest experience. *Demonstrates the Carle Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines. *Demonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance. *Employee maintains current licenses and/or certifications required for the position. *Practices and reflects knowledge of HIPAA, TJC, DNV, OSHA and other federal/state regulatory agencies guiding healthcare. *Completes all annual education and competency requirements within the calendar year. *Is knowledgeable of hospital and department compliance requirements for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $16.03per hour - $25.97per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
