What does a Senior Product Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Senior Product Managers at Swire Coca-Cola enhances IT capabilities through strategic relationships within and beyond the IT organization. In this role you will drive positive business outcomes by emphasizing collaboration, mutual respect, and inclusiveness. The right manager is committed to teamwork, fostering successful relationships, and promoting trust, creativity, innovation, authenticity, and shared ownership across the organization. Senior Product Managers efficiently manage teams to implement solutions, understand strategic business needs, prioritize technological initiatives, and execute these initiatives effectively. Proficient in both product and project management, our Senior Product Managers collaborate as Product leaders to advance the Product discipline.

Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with leaders both inside and outside the Technology organization to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives
  • Build strategic relationships with business leaders to stimulate, surface, and shape demand roadmaps with clearly prioritized initiatives
  • Ensure that the business's products, services, and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization
  • Leading by example and modeling desired behaviors, such as transparency, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of learning and growth, encouraging partners to share their ideas and feedback, and working to incorporate these insights into the business's strategy and operations
  • Continuously develop and refine leadership skills and practices, through training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback, and reflection
  • Ability to be proactive and forward-thinking regarding changes in the external environment and organizational needs to ensure that the business can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing landscape
  • Work closely with partners to understand their social, environmental, and financial priorities and ensure that the business is linked with these priorities, and develop a thorough domain knowledge of their organizational functions
  • Advance the product and project capabilities beyond just the role and function, sharing ownership with the full Change and Technology community with the aim of continuous improvement
  • Emphasize the importance of clear and effective communication by highlighting the role of language as a critical element in effective communication. Champion a culture of shared ownership and constant organizational evolution
  • Continually improve the value framework to drive organizational awareness and education and advocate as a champion of change for the partners' strategic plans



Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master's Degree Master's Degree or MBA a plus preferred
  • 8+ years' Experience with a proven track record in technology management roles and relevant functional experience required
  • 4+ years' Experience championing organizational evolution, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions required
  • Strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
