Department Summary The Department of Supply Chain Management at the University of North Texas (UNT), housed within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business, offers a comprehensive education in logistics, operations, and supply chain disciplines. The Department is dedicated to providing its students with well-rounded, state-of-the-art education in the modern principles of logistics and allied disciplines. We prepare our students for rewarding careers logistics and operations management, as practitioners and academics, with the help of an innovative curriculum and dynamic programs. Position Overview The adjunct faculty member in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the University of North Texas will teach undergraduate courses in areas such as supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, transportation, supply chain, materials management, manufacturing planning and control, lean manufacturing, and project management. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction, maintaining industry relevance, and supporting student learning through office hours and timely feedback. Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in the discipline or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses(s). Preferred Qualifications * Academic Credentials: A doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.B.A., or equivalent) in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
