THE JOB:

As an In-Room Dining Food Server at The Cosmopolitan, you'll turn every guest's room into their own private dining oasis. With a warm smile and attention to detail, you'll deliver delicious meals and thoughtful amenities right to their door, creating personalized moments of luxury. From taking orders to ensuring every bite is perfect, you'll play a key role in making their stay unforgettable-all while keeping your station polished and ready for the next WOW experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.3447 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5+ years of prior relevant Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience

• Experience working in a similar resort setting

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
