Lead technical evolution of air to ground missiles by modifying sensors, motors, warheads and flight software as necessary to satisfying emerging requirements. Validate and verify platform integration activities, model and predict system performance and lethality against specified target sets, and support program management activities for planning, programming, and budget execution. Support functions in the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office as necessary

• Minimum of 15 year's experience with HELLFIRE, JAGM, or similar air to ground missile systems.
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Demonstrated responsibility for the design, integration, and modification of variants to address evolving threat sets.
• Program management and chief engineer experience.
• Level III DAU Certification
