Job Summary The Director of School Enrollment Development leads a team of professionals who provide leadership and support for schools in creating and implementing strategies and initiatives for the purpose of school enrollment growth. The director exhibits a high degree of project management acumen, creative visioning, and collaborative leadership to assist and support school leadership across the district in shepherding initiatives for customer service, marketing communications, prospective family outreach, new student transition, and other strategic areas to achieve the district's enrollment goals. Essential Functions 1. Collaborate with your team and school leadership in more than 150 schools to identify and oversee implementation of enrollment growth strategy and tactics at the school and district levels. 2. Create and manage information systems to capture and track prospective student families through stages of the enrollment process, while using the data to evaluate existing strategies and illuminate potential opportunities. 3. Lead collaboration of your team and the marketing communications team to execute professional, contemporary marketing communications for schools, the district, and special initiatives. 4. Lead collaboration of your team with the District Webmaster to optimize school websites for enrollment objectives. 5. Represent Duval County Public Schools and any individual or group of schools at events, potentially on weekends and evenings). 6. Assist in the development and implementation of objectives, strategies, and initiatives to improve customer service and enrollment processes. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of enrollment related research initiatives. 8. Provide exceptional leadership to a team of enrollment development professionals including hiring, inspiring, coaching and evaluating. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Masters of Business Administration preferred. Experience: Three (3) Years of experience in educational program management or three (3) Years of experience in enrollment management/marketing or similar experience in high-value customer acquisition preferred.
