The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing the company's eCommerce site to drive revenue growth and increase customer adoption. This role plays a key part in enhancing our digital sales presence by executing strategies that expand eCommerce capabilities and streamline customer engagement. The E-commerce Administrator will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Channel and Product Marketing, Sales and Service Operations, and Global eCommerce leadership, and will liaise regularly with the Global E-commerce Center of Excellence. This position reports to the VP of Marketing, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, configuration, and ongoing management of the Americas eCommerce site, ensuring alignment with global standards and brand strategy.

  • Proclaim the eCommerce solution value proposition to the market to drive awareness and adoption.

  • Implement and manage a long-term eCommerce growth strategy in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Seek user feedback and analytics to optimize the online experience and drive conversion rates.

  • Evolve the mindset of our Market Reach teams to promote eCommerce as a primary channel for delivering a superior customer experience.

  • Manage digital solution rollouts and enhancements, including training and communications to both internal and external audiences.

  • Activate online commercial offerings, bundles, and promotions to increase transaction volume and average order size.

  • Monitor customer usage, feedback, and site performance to guide continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collect and prioritize regional platform requirements and contribute to the global eCommerce product roadmap.

  • Partner with Sales and Service teams to forecast digital channel growth and identify opportunities.

  • Track and report on eCommerce KPIs, using data insights to recommend and execute improvement actions.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of direct experience launching and/or managing B2B eCommerce platforms.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a commercial or technical enablement role a plus.

  • Success in implementing digital tools and managing eCommerce rollouts preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and ownership mindset.

  • Proven communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Enthusiastic, ethical, reliable, and capable of influencing across functions.

  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.

  • Able to conduct training, lead meetings, and confidently present to senior leadership.

  • Occasional overnight travel required.

TECHNICAL & COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with:

    • Google Analytics

    • Power BI, Tableau, or related data visualization tools

    • CMS/DXP systems (e.g., Uniform)

    • Salesforce CRM, MCAE, and Lightning Commerce

    • APIs and systems integration

  • C++ certification is a plus.

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position.
