What You'll Do Generate periodic reporting for key A/P control accounts and team KPIs Month-end related accruals for the A/P team Provide analysis and resolution on aged items in control accounts (Trade A/P, GR/IR, etc.) as needed Complete reconciliations tied to key A/P internal controls Review and decision making on vendor master data requests as needed Support annual 1099 reporting and semi-annual unclaimed property filings Process rebills/allocations of centrally-billed goods/services across CMC enterprise Assist with T&E system data management and reporting Subject matter expert for working with large data sets, clearing/sweeps journal entries, etc. Support special projects of the P2P team as directed by team management Back-up resource for the company credit card administrator role and bank account administration functio Execute efforts to drive compliance with company travel & expense policy among company credit cardholders What You'll Need Ability to collaborate with team members within the P2P organization as well as key stakeholders Analyze data to recommend process and system changes and measure impact of same Strong organization skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization Ability to work in a fast paced environment and "roll up your sleeves" approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Client-oriented focus (internal and external) Problem solving skills based on transactional research Your Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
