What You'll Do
  • Generate periodic reporting for key A/P control accounts and team KPIs
  • Month-end related accruals for the A/P team
  • Provide analysis and resolution on aged items in control accounts (Trade A/P, GR/IR, etc.) as needed
  • Complete reconciliations tied to key A/P internal controls
  • Review and decision making on vendor master data requests as needed
  • Support annual 1099 reporting and semi-annual unclaimed property filings
  • Process rebills/allocations of centrally-billed goods/services across CMC enterprise
  • Assist with T&E system data management and reporting
  • Subject matter expert for working with large data sets, clearing/sweeps journal entries, etc.
  • Support special projects of the P2P team as directed by team management
  • Back-up resource for the company credit card administrator role and bank account administration functio
  • Execute efforts to drive compliance with company travel & expense policy among company credit cardholders
What You'll Need
  • Ability to collaborate with team members within the P2P organization as well as key stakeholders
  • Analyze data to recommend process and system changes and measure impact of same
  • Strong organization skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and "roll up your sleeves" approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-oriented focus (internal and external)
  • Problem solving skills based on transactional research
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
