Field Operations Coordinator (TSC) -"W-TRS" , Fort Irwin, California N.T.C. (Live Fire)

Specific Job Description:

*Coordinates all efforts regarding Live Fire Operation functions at the NTC under the W-TRS contract. Coordinates with subcontract site manager along with the Dragon and Phoenix Teams to ensure proper setup and configuration of live fire targets for the upcoming rotation.

*Directly responsible for oversite of the subcontractor in charge of live fire operations ensuring target maintenance and sustainment efforts are meeting all requirements.

*Responsible for overseeing and coordinating between Operations Group and the subcontractor for the live fire hardware maintenance activities, ensuring parts and materials are available when required.

*Reviews Maximo work orders for compliance and accuracy.

*Analyzes parts consumption and long lead time items to maintain minimum down time.

*Works with Site Managers and Integrators/IPT Leads to resource and support surge as needed, including in support of major training exercises and instrumentation efforts.

*Acts as a mentor and coach to field operations personnel, providing one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback.

*May serve as TDP Project Manager.

General Job Overview:

Responsible for the coordination of schedules, organizing, and the facilitation of meetings in support of the Field Operations Lead (TSC). Sets agendas, notifies participants, prepares, documents, and disseminates minutes or action points. Monitors the progress of tasks assigned during IPT meetings, especially for TDLs/TDPs.

Tracks deadlines, ensuring responsible parties are aware of their tasks, and following up for timely completion. Collects, summarizes, and reports data from various locations regarding the status of devices or projects. Schedules and organizes training for new devices. Collects and disseminates data from various sources, organizes it in a meaningful way, and provides it to government stakeholders, including responses to RFIs. May assist with TDL responses and TDP-related scheduling.

Degree(s)/Years of Experience:

(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

General Required Experience :

*Experience coordinating schedules, organizing, and the facilitation of meetings in support of the Field Operations Lead (TSC).

* Experience setting agendas, notifies participants, prepares, documents, and disseminates minutes or action points.

* Experience monitoring the progress of tasks assigned during IPT meetings, especially for TDLs/TDPs.

*Experience tracking deadlines, ensuring responsible parties are aware of their tasks, and following up for timely completion.

*Experience collecting, summarizing and reporting data from various locations regarding the status of devices or projects.

*Experience scheduling and organizing training for new devices. Experience collecting and disseminating data from various sources, organizes it in a meaningful way, and provides it to government stakeholders, including responses to RFIs.
