RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage critical government-subsidized programs, including E-rate, RHC and CTF.
  • Assist clients with program eligibility rules, create custom proposals and manage client billing
  • Ensure account compliance in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as an SME on government-subsidized programs, including eligibility rules, filing deadlines, funding criteria, account setup, account hierarchies, billing, invoicing and collections.
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage analysts and conduct routine performance reviews.
  • Supervise the RFP process and work with Legal and Regulatory to design responses.
  • Collaborate with the governing bodies of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
  • Monitor Salesforce dashboards and ensure requests are processed within established SLAs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of telecommunications experience
  • 3+ years of legal or regulatory experience
  • 4+ years of team lead experience
  • 5+ years of sales or relationship management experience
  • 5+ years of project management and financial, accounting or data analysis experience
  • 5+ years of experience with E-Rate, RGC or CTF
  • 5+ years of experience with ICOMS/CSG and Salesforce.

Skills:

  • Leadership
  • English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate to communicate conclusions
