We're looking for a Brazer to join our dynamic team in Largo. In this hands-on role, you'll be welding copper components using a gas torch, ensuring top-quality HVAC products that power homes and businesses across the country. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer on-the-job training, career growth, and a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Perform precision brazing on copper coils, headers, and valve packs Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Ensure quality control through inspections and testing Collaborate with team members across shifts and departments Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to track production What You Bring High school diploma or GED 6+ months of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to read and follow technical documents in English Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts Must complete JCI Brazer Training within 30 days of hire Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces Why Join Us?
