The Director of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of an organization's HRIS, including but not limited to the development, testing, modification, and optimizing of the HRIS. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the HR technology infrastructure aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of the HR department and the organization as a whole. Competitive Salary range of $175,000 - $185,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the HRIS strategic vision aligned with organizational goals Drive system improvements, integrations, and ensure reliability Lead compliance efforts, audits, and data governance for HRIS and payroll systems Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making Provide user support and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on process enhancements Manage and develop the HRIS team, promoting performance and engagement
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 8 years of experience with HRIS and payroll systems (required) Minimum of 5 years in an HR/technology leadership role (required) Direct experience with UKG (required) Strong proficiency in SQL and experience documenting system processes for end-users (preferred)

Proven expertise in HRIS platforms, especially UKG Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Deep understanding of HR data management, architecture, and governance Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, conflict resolution, and user support
