Job Description

A Fulfillment Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the order fulfillment processes within a warehouse or distribution center. This role is located on-site, full-time in Whitestown, IN. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

• Manage all Cubic operations and fulfillment within P1340 alongside the onsite 3PL. Including other operations and fulfillment projects that enter P1340.

• Facilitate meeting and workshops and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders about P1340 for all current and new projects.

• Establish and improve procedures within P1340 and setting KPIs and SLAs with the 3PL and Rockwell employees to guide improvements and goals on all service metrics internally.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and eliminate bottlenecks using Lean Six Sigma practices and methodologies in partnership with all stakeholders and 3PL.

• Lead and monitor projects to improve Safety, Quality, Fulfillment, Inventory, Productivity, and Costs at P1340.

• Align with the 3PL to establish and maintain safety procedures within P1340.

• Work with 3PL to set up standard work and standard operation procedures within P1340.Responsible for oversight of P2000 (CRC).

• Lead for all aspects of inventory for both plants, P2000 and P1340.

• Lead for aged in transit of all material to P1340.

• Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments and processes in and out of P2000 and P1340.

• Support communication with transportation for inbound and outbound fulfillment for both plant codes.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• A valid drivers license.

• Proficient with SAP

• Proficient in knowledge of WMS

• Strong cross-functional communication

• Understanding of a 3PL operation

• Ability to coach and manage indirectly

• Ability to support on weekends or when the business requires it
